Welcome to Kochi! To ensure a comfortable and memorable experience during GERICON 2026, the organizing committee has curated a selection of convenient stay options, starting with exclusive rooms right at the conference venue, along with several excellent partner properties.

1. In-House Venue Accommodation: IMA House, Cochin

For maximum convenience, delegates have the exclusive option to stay directly at the conference venue. A limited number of Studio Apartment Rooms at IMA House are available to book directly during your registration process.

  • Check-out: November 22, 2026

Tariffs (Added directly to your Registration Fee):

  • Twin Sharing Basis: +₹8,000

  • Single Occupancy: +₹16,500

Important Notice: Rooms at the venue are strictly allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. Because inventory is highly limited, we strongly recommend selecting your accommodation early during the registration process to secure your stay at IMA House.

If the venue rooms are fully booked or if you prefer a different style of stay, Kochi offers a diverse range of accommodations to suit every preference and budget:

  • Premium Stays: For delegates seeking an upscale, luxury experience, we recommend Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn. Both offer top-tier amenities, dining, and exceptional Kerala hospitality.

  • Comfort & Mid-Range: We have partnered with several highly-rated business and comfort hotels situated conveniently from the venue, including The Avenue Regent, Avenue Center, The Renai Cochin, Radisson Blu, Le Meridien, and Olive Downtown.

  • PG and UG Accommodation: To support our younger delegates, exclusive twin-sharing rooms have been made available at the Regional Sports Center, Kadavanthra at highly subsidized rates.
